This is absolutely beautiful artwork from Valsharea that I just had to share with you. The image I've posted here doesn't do it full justice, though--this is one of those things you have to see in full-view to appreciate the incredible detail and depth. As I've stated repeatedly, sometimes the best way to see your own characters is through someone else's eyes. Every artist image shows me so much, but Valsharea's interpretation had an added bonus--she included the link to a song with her submission: Same Destination- 云の泣. And now I present it to you!

It's a lovely song, don't you think? Unfortunately I don't know Chinese, so the lyrics are a mystery to me. But I can still appreciate how pretty it is. And it's fun trying to imagine how it may relate to my characters, and how Valsharea connects this to her own artwork.
