If you were to teach as a career, what would you teach?

So, a preamble--I'm already a teacher. And I teach at the college level, which is what I've always wanted. I teach English Composition, which is teaching students how to think critically and write essays and research papers. I think I'm pretty good at this, but this job really stresses me out. However, I'm not really qualified to do anything else, so this is the job I have. I do like it, though.

However, if I would think about a dream teaching job, it would be ballet. I was a ballet dancer for seven years and made it all the way to dancing en pointe. I was in the best shape of my life. If I had maintained dancing, I think I would have become a fun teacher. I still love ballet and regret ever quitting it. Someday I hope to find beginner classes for adults that I may take dance lessons again.
