This tag comes from A Dance with Books, who originally got it from the creator at Quote, Unquote. Since I have a tendency to procrastinate, or also have Shiny New Thing Syndrome, there are some books of mine that I have definitely neglected out there. Take a look!

A CLASSIC BOOK THAT YOU HAVE BEEN MEANING TO READ FOREVER BUT HAVEN’T YET:

I feel like I need to read Wuthering Heights at some point. I've seen at least one movie adaptation of it, and the story is ghostly, tragic, and about obsessive love. I know it's an important work...I just haven't gotten to it yet.
A BOOK ON YOUR SHELF THAT YOU HAVEN’T READ YET:

Oh jeez, there are a lot. But the first thing that popped into my head is a BL manga by Ranmaru Zariya: Birds of Shangri-la. There are no eBooks of this, so I went out and ordered hard copies of the series (3 books as far as I know...) because I like the artist. This lives downstairs with some other BL I haven't read yet. 😅
A BOOK THAT YOU GOT RECENTLY THAT YOU HAVEN’T READ:

I got this at the end of February and while I admire its cover and pretty sprayed edges, all I've done is just look at it lovingly. I haven't read it yet, which surprises me, because I really love T. Kingfisher's writing.
A BOOK THAT YOU’VE HAD FOREVER BUT HAVEN’T READ:

I have a ton of writing craft books, but I've only read some of them. I eyeballed my bookshelf across from my bed and this one leapt out at me. Probably because the title is so interesting.
A BOOK A FRIEND RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVEN’T READ:

Realistically I'm probably never going to read this book. I have it on Kindle (yay $1.99 sales) but when I found out it was over 800 pages, I nearly passed out. It is very hard for me to concentrate on doorstopper texts, and they don't really appeal to me.
A BOOK YOU’RE PROCRASTINATING ON:

I've read the first three books of Heaven Official's Blessing forever ago. I read them back-to-back, and they are very good. But for some reason, I didn't continue on to Book 4 and I think it's because I thought my head would explode. Sometimes books that are that good can overwhelm me and feel like too much. I think that's what happened. I might have to reread the first books again just so I can be prepared for what happens in the rest of the series.
THE NEXT BOOK ON YOUR TBR:

I pre-ordered the Barnes and Noble exclusive edition and it should be coming in the mail relatively soon. I haven't read Rachel Gillig's previous works (even though I have them on eBook) but this book looks both interesting and gorgeous.
