I do these every year to give you ideas about gifts to give your favorite writers in your life for the holidays. In truth, I usually pick things out because I want them, but I think you'll want them, too.

Litjoy
I have to say right off that bat that this will not be available in time for Christmas or any other winter holiday. But it pays to preorder it now in case stock runs out (I certainly did)! This is the Gothic Horror Collection 5-Book Bundle and it's due to ship spring 2025. The bundle is $150 although if you don't want all five (but why wouldn't you?), individual titles are $34.99. Get it here.
MoveOn
In MoveOn's own words, this tee shirt came about through a partnership with "Artists Against Book Bans, an initiative that has engaged nearly 200 well-known artists who have joined with MoveOn to help fight back and stop extremists from erasing people of color and the LGBTQ+ community through book bans. The money we raise will support MoveOn's work to stop book bans and build a world where everyone can see themselves in the pages of a book." You get a cool, colorful tee shirt for $39 and help out a great cause, too. Plus get that warm, nostalgic feeling for LeVar Burton and Reading Rainbow. Get it here.
Literary Emporium
I've been a customer of Literary Emporium for years, first ordering items for myself while I lived in Japan. I love the quotes they have selected for their works, and I have them on a variety of decorative pins and even a lovely green sweatshirt, which is one of my favorite things to wear in the cooler months.
Anyway, these brass bookmarks showcase lovely art and quotes from literature and elsewhere. They're sold in GBP for £9.50 apiece, but they ship to the United States. You can choose from a nice set of bookmarks here.
Piper + Ivy
I just found Piper + Ivy through Instagram and ordered this shirt for myself. But later I hopped onto their main site and it's got so many wonderful bookish tops! A lot of it is meant for readers, but writers are readers, right? (Although this specific top is perfect for writers.) Anyway, with it being cooler and downright cold, long sleeve tops are the way to go. I found this one (pictured) and thought it was great for fantasy writers. You can get it in a variety of colors for $33.99 here.
Etsy - Store: FromNewLeaf
FromNewLeaf makes customizable necklaces for writers who want to celebrate their works (or for readers to immortalize their favorite book). You can choose the cover, of course, but also the metal of the necklace, too. There are two small sizes to choose from, too--mini or micro. This would make a memorable present for any author, and it's only $25.14. You can get it here.
The Literary Gift Company
I posted this one a couple years ago but it's still available for sale and totally worth it. This fully customizable shirt lets you choose some of your favorite books and authors...or, if you are a multi-published author, you can choose your own books and wear this to a conference (my own dream, heh heh)! This company is based out of the UK, so the shirt is £28.00, but they ship internationally, including to the US. You can buy this shirt here.
That's a wrap!
I've been doing these lists for a while, but it always gets a little bit harder each year. However, I'm really excited about the items on this list (and yes, I bought some of it for myself). I hope you find something you like here, and I'll see you next year!
